PR electronics’ new product return policy
Whenever a customer has reason to return one of PR electronics’ products, the process should be as quick and easy as possible. Therefore, based on your comments in our latest customer survey, 2017 started with a new procedure for returns.
In the unexpected case of a problem with one of our products, the PR customer support is always your first point of contact, and smaller issues can often be solved immediately. Should the problem be more complicated, our customer support will take down all the details and provide you with a return note, as well as return label for shipping the product directly to our headquarters in Denmark.
Based on the return note, our experts in Denmark will process the product, while you are being kept up-to-date about the process.
Through these changes, we expect to help you faster and in a more efficient manner, to ensure as little disruption as possible to your business.
