AUTOSWITCHThis new AUTOSWITCH from PR electronics is a unique and pioneer technology in the market for temperature transmitters. The AUTOSWITCH principle, the first of its kind, ensures that the transmitter can function with the two most common protocols PROFIBUS® PA and FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus. Via the telegram format the technology automatically recognizes and switches to the protocol to which the transmitter is connected. The principle is developed on the basis of the philosophy at PR electronics that is to simplify signal conditioning by minimizing the number of transmitter types in order to make the product choice easy and flawless. The AUTOSWITCH principal is implemented in the newest temperature transmitters from PR electronics – PRetop 5350 and PRetrans 6350. |
