Q14: “SE.BR” appears on my 57xx display, what does this mean?
Answer: SE.BR appears when a sensor break is detected. The 57xx can detect a broken thermocouple, broken or shorted RTD, or broken 4-20 mA input loop.
SE.BR will also appear if the input is wired to the wrong terminals or the incorrect input type is selected during display configuration.
