PR electronics establishes new subsidiary in Belgium

Roende, Denmark, 8. December, 2014: PR electronics, specialist in signal conditioning solutions for the process and automation industry, is continuing its globalization strategy by establishing a new sales subsidiary in Belgium.

The new subsidiary, located in Leuven near Brussels, is staffed by an experienced and dedicated sales and support team to ensure the best possible service for Belgian customers.

“We are very pleased with the opening of the local office in Belgium. In the future, our Belgian customers can expect even more dedicated support to maximize the performance of their process and automation operation,” says Chief Sales Officer at PR electronics, Simon Bisbo.

Global ambitions

Previously, sales and support of PR electronics products to Belgian customers were channeled through a local distributor. The opening of the new subsidiary is part of PR electronics’ ambition to grow internationally.

“Opening of subsidiaries in selected countries is part of our globalization strategy and it will bring us closer to our customers in countries where we do not have a dedicated distributor, executing a long-term growth strategy today. Customers in these countries will be able to receive support and talk to a PR employee who is close by and speaks the local language,” Simon Bisbo explains.

With sales offices in Sweden, Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain, USA and China, the newly established Belgium office will be the ninth subsidiary in the PR electronics Group.
