How we recruit

Our recruitment process is designed to attract and select the best candidate, at the right time for the right position. It is equally important that all candidates gain a good experience and get an understanding of who PR electronics really are. Our process therefore aims at being a two-way evaluation.


Evaluation of your application
After we have published the job ad we evaluate applications continuously to select the candidates we want to invite to a personal interview.


First interview
The selected candidates are invited to attend an initial job interview. In the first interview, you will typically meet the hiring manager.

The aim of the interview is:

  • To meet each other and see if there is a match between you and the job
  • To provide you with insight into the job, department and PR culture and PR electronics' business as a whole
  • To evaluate your professional and personal qualifications


Assessment and second interview

Following the first interview, we would typically select two to five candidates to be invited to a second interview. In this interview we will be focusing primarily on your personality and what you bring to the role.

In this phase of the recruitment process, we use an online assessment tool, a personality questionnaire, that reviews behavior and preferred working styles.

In the second interview you will meet the hiring manager again, and HR will participate as well.


Final decision

We aim at providing a timely personal feedback regardless if you end up in a position at PR electronics or not.
