SISTEMA library
PR electronics offers a SISTEMA library to help safety engineers evaluate the performance level (PL) and overall system safety in the context of ISO 13849-1. The library contains PR electronics' 9000 series in both A and B versions.
SISTEMA is a manufacturer-independent calculation tool from the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health of the German Social Accident Insurances (IFA).
The tool enables users to model the structure and architecture of safety-related control components in line with machinery directives and provides automated calculation of the reliability values including that of the attained Performance Level (PL).
